1. Who can play

doodlz.app is a general audience game intended to be safe and appropriate for all ages. There are no accounts, no logins and no age gate, so every rule below is enforced to a family friendly standard. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (for example under 13 in the United States or under 16 in parts of the EU), please play with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian.

2. Content rules

Everything you draw, type or name yourself must be suitable for a young audience. The following are forbidden anywhere on doodlz.app:

• Nudity, sexual content, sexual references or anything suggestive.
• Any sexual content involving minors, in any form. This is reported to the authorities.
• Graphic violence, gore, self harm or suicide content, or encouragement of either.
• Hate speech, slurs or harassment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or disability.
• Bullying, threats, intimidation, doxxing or sharing anyone's personal information.
• Drugs, alcohol, tobacco, vaping, weapons or gambling promotion.
• Extremist, terrorist or violent political content.
• Spam, advertising, referral links, scams, phishing or malware links.
• Impersonating another player, a moderator or the site owner.
• Cheating, botting, automated clients, exploiting bugs or interfering with other players' games.
• Copyright infringing material that you do not have the right to draw or post.

Do not share personal information — your real full name, address, school, phone number, email or social media handles — and never ask another player for theirs.

3. Moderation and enforcement

Chat is filtered automatically and a rate limiter removes spammers. Players can mute, report and votekick each other; a votekick requires at least three players in the room and a majority vote. Breaking these rules can result in your messages being blocked and your removal from a room at any time, without notice and at our sole discretion.

4. Reporting

Use the in-game report option on a player, or email wizards72727@gmail.com. Reports of illegal content or content endangering a child are treated as urgent. Include the room, the approximate time and the username.

5. User generated content

Drawings, chat messages and usernames are created by players in real time. The site owner does not pre-screen them, does not endorse them and is not responsible for them. If you see something that breaks these rules, report it.

6. Intellectual property

The doodlz.app name, code, artwork and word list belong to the site owner. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape or redistribute the game. Anything you draw remains yours, but by drawing it in a room you allow it to be displayed to the other players in that room.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, probe or disrupt the service, do not use bots or scripted clients, and do not attempt to access parts of the service you are not authorised to use.

8. No warranty and limitation of liability

doodlz.app is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge, with no warranty of any kind. The service may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
