What to send

Bug reports — tell us the device, the browser and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot helps enormously.
Player reports — include the room code, the username and roughly what time it happened. Reports of illegal content or anything endangering a child are treated as urgent.
Content or data removal — describe what should be removed and where it appeared.
Word list suggestions — new words that are fun to draw are always welcome.
Advertising and business enquiries — same address.

We read every message. Ordinary enquiries usually get a reply within a few days; urgent safety reports are looked at as soon as we see them.

Before writing, it may be worth checking the how to play guide, the community rules or the privacy policy — most questions are answered there.
